The tech giant, One Plus announced the festival back in July labeling it as a "celebration of music and community" and while they have now announced this major news, the company is yet to roll out the complete line-up for the first rendition of this festival. Carl Pei, co-founder of One Plus says "We are super excited that Katy Perry will be starring in our first-ever OnePlus Music Festival in India! We decided to host this festival to share our passion for music with our community, who are at the heart of everything we do. With Katy on board, this is sure to be a one of a kind experience." As OnePlus announced the first artist giving their fans the chance to sign up for early access, some users reciprocated the excitement with comments like "We're gonna roar louder than the lion in the stadium", "QUEEN ??" and "Queen coming to heal us all ?", some decided to display their disappointment while others wished for the next artist to be fellow pop star, Ariana Grande.I am so happy to be returning to India and excited to headline my first-ever performance in Mumbai. I am looking forward to seeing and singing with all of my Indian KatyCats at the OnePlus Music Festival: https://t.co/5fbq2MW3OS pic.twitter.com/pRVChjiCBS

The music video for Katy Perry's latest single 'Small Talk' that was released by Capitol Records on 9th August along with a lyric video will hit video streaming platforms on 30th August and in the behind-the-scene video we see Katy talking about how she doesn't want just another dog, she wants to cast the "Jennifer Anniston of dogs and the Brad Pitt of dogs". Teasing it by saying "This isn't the relationship video you think it is", Katy has her fans both in India and outside waiting for the video. Last month, Katy was also involved in a complicated lawsuit with Marcus Gray who accused her of copying his song "Joyful Noise" to create "Dark Horse". The jury found the superstar guilty and Katy along with Capitol Records and fellow songwriters had to shell out $2.78 Million in total.
