Ayushmann Khurrana, set to captivate fans on his U.S. music tour, shared that the experience feels like a "homecoming," recalling his days performing in college musicals.
On Wednesday, the ‘Bala’ star was spotted at Mumbai Airport, departing in style for the U.S. with his band, Ayushmann Bhava. The tour kicks off in Chicago on November 14, after which Khurrana and his band will visit four other cities: New York, San Jose, New Jersey, and Dallas, concluding on November 24.
Expressing his excitement, Khurrana said, “As an artist, connecting with people who appreciate my music and movies is something I truly look forward to. I love seeing their reactions in person. Through my work, I’ve tried to cultivate a bond with my audience, and making music and touring allows me to engage with them directly, sharing who I am and what drives me. Having done musicals in college, this tour feels like a homecoming.”
Khurrana’s music journey began with “Pani Da Rang,” his debut song in Vicky Donor.
Reflecting on his passion for music, the ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ actor remarked, “Acting has always been my dream, but music is my parallel passion. Everyone should have a parallel passion, and I’m grateful to be able to write, sing, and perform. Performing live is my first love—there’s nothing like the instant connection with an audience. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to tour, meeting and engaging with my fans and Bollywood enthusiasts worldwide.”
This tour marks Khurrana’s second in the U.S. Reflecting on his return after eight years, he shared, “I’m very excited to be back, performing my songs, interacting, discussing life, and sharing poetry. I want to take the audience on an emotional journey that leaves them feeling something unforgettable. If I can do that, then my music has truly touched their hearts.”
