Samsung Music Studio 5 Lacks Support For Spotify Lossless Audio

Samsung’s newly launched Music Studio 5 speaker does not currently support Spotify’s lossless audio, highlighting a gap between high-end hardware capabilities and streaming compatibility.

While the speaker offers advanced features such as Dolby Atmos, AI-driven sound tuning, and high-resolution audio support, Spotify users are unable to access true lossless playback on the device. This is despite Spotify rolling out lossless streaming for Premium subscribers in select markets, positioning it as a key feature for audiophiles.

The Music Studio 5 does support Spotify Connect and other streaming services, allowing users to stream music seamlessly over Wi-Fi. However, the absence of lossless compatibility means listeners cannot fully utilise the platform’s highest audio quality on the device.
