Justin Bieber Commands Higher Pay Than Rihanna For Ambani-Merchant Wedding Gig

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant have once again demonstrated their penchant for hosting opulent, star-studded events by announcing that pop sensation Justin Bieber will perform at their upcoming nuptials. Following in the footsteps of global icons like Rihanna, Katy Perry, and the Backstreet Boys, Bieber is set to bring his star power to the grand festivities. Known for his controversial yet memorable 2017 concert in Mumbai, Bieber’s return is poised to make the wedding an unforgettable spectacle.

According to reports from Hindustan Times via LeoDias, Justin Bieber will receive an astonishing $10 million (Rs 83 crore) for his performance at the 'Celebration of Hearts' sangeet ceremony. This fee significantly exceeds his typical private performance rates, which usually range from $2.5 million to $6 million (Rs 20 crore to Rs 50 crore).

Rihanna previously charged between $8 million to $9 million (Rs 66 crore to Rs 74 crore) for her appearance at the pre-wedding celebrations, underscoring the competitive market for top-tier musical talent at exclusive events.

Bieber's substantial fee covers not only his performance but also additional expenses such as travel, accommodation, production costs (including sound systems and lighting), and any exclusivity clauses tied to the event. These factors contribute to the hefty sum commanded by the Canadian superstar for this engagement.

Justin Bieber’s return to the Indian stage at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding marks a highlight in the couple’s lavish celebrations. With his impressive fee and the excitement surrounding his performance, Bieber continues to be a highly sought-after artist for high-profile events worldwide.
