IT'S TIME TO GO TO THE MOUNTAINS!

Although it might seem a step down from the Pune Lineup, there is something you can find to your liking for sure! A big positive for this lineup is the push towards exposing more and more Regional Music on a big stage such as the Weekender! Whilst there are a few repeat artists, there are many new artists that will have their first opportunity to showcase their sounds and skills on the Weekender stage! [caption id="attachment_6489" align="aligncenter" width="770"] Switchfoot[/caption] The main attractions of this lineup are obviously the Alternative Rock giants from Finland Poets Of The Fall and American sweethearts Switchfoot! But it doesn't end there! The lineup features the mighty Shankar Mahadevan, North-East Blues Extraordinaire Tipriti Kharbangar and Zubeen Garg. Old fans of the Indie scene in India will be elated to see the likes of Zero, SCRIBE and Pentagram bring their high energy sounds to the enchanting hills! And last but not the least, probably the best guitar player in the world - Guthrie Govan will be back with his explosive band and blow your minds with his mesmerising guitar and composition skills.  It's great to see that NH7 is giving a chance to so many new bands in this lineup. Dossers Urge, Takar Nabam, Mahesh Raghunandan, The Yellow Bucket, Dewdrops, Summersalt and Shadow & Light are definitely worth watching live.
