TIPS Music Ltd. (formerly Tips Industries Ltd.), one of India’s most prominent music labels, has announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, showcasing a solid performance driven by strong content releases and continued digital expansion.

For Q1 FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of Rs 88.1 crore, reflecting a 19% year-on-year increase. Profit after tax stood at Rs 45.7 crore, up 5% from the same period last year, while operating EBITDA grew by 4% to Rs 56.5 crore. The company also delivered healthy margins, with EBITDA at 64.2% and PAT at 51.9%. Compared to the previous quarter, the results were even more encouraging ,revenue rose by 12%, and PAT surged by 49%, signaling a robust quarter-on-quarter recovery and continued operational efficiency.

The quarter was marked by the release of 92 new songs, including 48 film tracks and 44 non-film tracks. Among these, the Punjabi hit “Main Nachdi” from Saunkan Saunkanay 2 stood out, amassing over 75 million views and securing a spot on YouTube’s Top 100 chart for 12 consecutive weeks. Other notable performers included songs from the films Maalik and Sarbala Ji, which garnered 102 million and 51 million views respectively.

TIPS continues to strengthen its digital footprint, with its YouTube subscriber count climbing to 125.8 million by the end of the quarter. In recognition of its performance, the company declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share, resulting in a total payout of Rs 51.13 crore for Q1 FY26.

Commenting on the Results,Kumar Taurani – Chairman & Managing Director said, "Despite the challenges faced by the music industry, our catalogue and new releases continue to demonstrate resilience, with our revenue recording 19% YOY growth during the quarter. Additionally, the Board declared an interim dividend of ?4 per share for Q1 FY26, amounting to a total payout of Rs 51.13 crore."

This consistent content pipeline has played a key role in enhancing our digital footprint, leading to a steady increase in our YouTube subscriber base, which reached 125.8 million by the quarter’s end. The highlight of the quarter was the Punjabi track “Main Nachdi” from the film Saunkan Saunkanay 2 which has crossed 75mn views and it charted for 12 weeks on YouTube top 100. Additionally, The songs from the films Maalik and Sarbala ji have performed exceptionally well and crossed 102mn views and 51 mn view respectively on You Tube. Our catalog performance on Meta is also very heartening.”
