UN40 Music Festival Debuts In Bengaluru, Draws 18,000 Attendees Over Two Days

The inaugural edition of the UN40 Music Festival concluded on a high note at NICE Grounds in Bengaluru, bringing together nearly 18,000 attendees for a two-day celebration of music, comedy, food, and immersive experiences.

Conceptualised by Saregama Live, the festival was designed to go beyond traditional concert formats, offering a multi-layered experience across the venue. From live music performances and creator-led comedy sets to a lively beer garden featuring the FilterCopy pre-game party, interactive gaming zones, and curated food stalls, UN40 aimed to create an all-encompassing cultural space.

The line-up featured a mix of established and emerging artists, including Aditya Rikhari, Paradox, Pragati Nagpal, Raja Kumari, Thaikkudam Bridge, and Paal Dabba, among others. Day 1 culminated in a high-energy headline set by Himesh Reshammiya, while Day 2 closed with a performance by Talwiinder.

Beyond the stage, the festival offered a range of experiential elements, including roaming masseuses, surprise crowd interactions, on-ground photography moments, and spontaneous activities designed to enhance audience engagement and encourage participation throughout the venue.

Speaking about the concept, Siddharth Anand Kumar, Executive Vice President – Films, Series and Events at Saregama, noted that evolving audience expectations are driving demand for more immersive live experiences. He added that UN40 was envisioned as a space where attendees could spend an entire day discovering music, comedy, food, and interactive moments.

With a strong debut turnout and positive audience response, UN40 Music Festival has marked its entry into Bengaluru’s live entertainment calendar. Building on its inaugural success, the festival is set to return for its second edition in February 2027, promising a larger celebration of music and culture.
