Coldplay has reached a historic milestone with their Music of the Spheres World Tour, selling over 10.3 million tickets—the highest attendance ever recorded for a single tour. This achievement surpasses Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in terms of attendance, though Swift’s tour continues to hold the record for the highest-grossing tour of all time, raking in an astounding $2.08 billion.

One of the most iconic moments of Coldplay’s tour unfolded in Ahmedabad, India, on January 25-26, 2024. Over 223,000 fans gathered over two nights, making it the largest stadium concert of the 21st century, as confirmed by Guinness World Records.

Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres Tour: A Global Phenomenon

The tour began in March 2022 with a spectacular debut in Costa Rica, marking the band's first-ever performance in the country. Coldplay continued their global journey with major concerts in Hong Kong, Seoul, and multiple venues across the United States, captivating audiences worldwide.

With this tour, Coldplay has cemented its status as a live music powerhouse, joining the ranks of record-breaking global tours. Other legendary milestones in live music history include Outside Lands’ highest-grossing festival in 2019 and Bon Jovi’s Circle Tour in 2010, known for its premium VIP packages.
