Ed Sheeran Performs 'Perfect' With A.R. Rahman’s KM Music Conservatory Choir In Chennai

British singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran recently performed his 2017 hit "Perfect" with students at A. R. Rahman’s KM Music Conservatory in Chennai, sharing a video on Instagram. "Singing 'Perfect' with the amazing choir at @kmmcchennai here in Chennai today," he captioned the post.

A.R. Rahman also shared photos with Sheeran from their time at the Conservatory, showing the two artists together in a recording room.

Earlier, Sheeran’s photos with Armaan Malik from his Hyderabad concert went viral on social media.

Returning to India for the first time since his 2023 performance in Mumbai, Sheeran is currently on the India leg of his Mathematics tour, promoted by AEG Presents Asia and BookMyShow Live. He kicked off his tour on January 30 in Pune, where The Archies actress Aditi Dot opened the show. His next performances took place in Hyderabad on February 2, followed by Chennai on February 5.

Sheeran still has three more shows scheduled in India: Bengaluru’s NICE Grounds on February 8, Shillong’s JN Stadium on February 12, and Delhi’s Leisure Valley Ground on February 15. Before returning to India, he performed for the first time in Bhutan on January 24 at Thimphu’s Changlimithang Stadium.

Sheeran will also perform in Qatar and Bahrain in April. He previously toured India during his x and Divide tours in 2015 and 2017, respectively.
