Zena Kotwal Appointed Head Of Management & Strategy At YRF Talent

Yash Raj Films has announced the appointment of Zena Kotwal as Head of Management & Strategy at YRF Talent, strengthening the production house’s talent management business and its focus on building long-term careers for its roster of artists.

In her new role, Kotwal will oversee artist management, career strategy and the development of long-term opportunities for talent represented by YRF Talent. Her appointment comes as the division looks to further expand its presence in the talent management space.

Kotwal brings extensive experience in celebrity and talent management to the role. Prior to joining YRF Talent, she was associated with Matrix IEC, where she worked as a Celebrity Manager. Publicly available credits also show her involvement in managing talent including Shahid Kapoor, while she was also part of the team managing Triptii Dimri for professional engagements. 

Earlier in her career, Kotwal was associated with Elite Model Management India, where she worked as a Talent Manager. 

YRF Talent currently represents a prominent roster of actors, including Rani Mukerji, Ayushmann Khurrana, Ahaan Panday, Aneek Padam, Sharvari, Sonam Kapoor, Vaani Kapoor and Shreya Chaudhary.

Kotwal’s appointment is expected to bring her experience across celebrity management, brand opportunities and career development to YRF Talent as the division continues to build a strategically driven ecosystem for its artists.
