Strengthening its creative and talent acquisition team, Zee Music Company has appointed Tanmay K as Associate Director, A&R.

The development was announced by Tanmay K through a LinkedIn post, where he shared his excitement about beginning a new chapter with the music label. “Grateful and excited to begin a new chapter as Associate Director, A&R with Zee Music Company,” he wrote.

Prior to joining Zee Music Company, Tanmay K has been associated with the music and entertainment ecosystem in A&R and artist development capacities at Sony Music. His move comes at a time when labels are increasingly investing in regional music, independent talent, and original content to strengthen their catalogues across streaming platforms.

At Zee Music Company, Tanmay K is expected to contribute towards artist scouting, repertoire strategy, and music acquisitions as the label continues to expand its footprint in India’s fast-growing music market.
