One Digital Entertainment (ODE) co-founder Gurpreet Singh has announced the launch of Good Practice Media, an independent media and strategic advisory venture focused on the convergence of media, marketing and business.

Singh introduced the new company through his newsletter, Connectively, where he outlined his vision of creating a platform centred on meaningful industry conversations, original insights and long-term strategic thinking.

Good Practice Media has been established to work with creators, brands, creator-led businesses and intellectual property (IP) across India and the Middle East. The venture will focus on helping businesses develop sustainable growth strategies through media, content, partnerships and creator-led initiatives.

According to Singh, the company is designed to support the next phase of creator-led growth by providing strategic direction, business structure and long-term partnership opportunities. Its offerings span talent strategy, brand collaborations, content development and cross-border partnerships, while also helping organisations strengthen their cultural relevance in India and the Middle East through locally driven narratives and creator ecosystems.

Speaking about the philosophy behind the venture, Singh said Good Practice Media is built on the belief that “good practice” should form the foundation of modern media and marketing, with an emphasis on creating lasting value instead of chasing short-term trends.

The company also plans to invest in high-quality editorial content, encourage meaningful dialogue within the industry and work with organisations seeking strategic marketing and media expertise.

Singh brings more than two decades of experience in digital media and the creator economy. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles at Viacom18, Hungama and Disney, besides co-founding One Digital Entertainment.

He has worked closely with creators and artists to strengthen their digital presence, collaborating with personalities including Badshah, Raftaar and Prajakta Koli (MostlySane). During his tenure at ODE, the company’s original documentary SOS – Survivors of Suicide received recognition at the IWM Digital Awards.

With the launch of Good Practice Media, Singh is positioning the venture as a strategic partner for brands, creators and businesses looking to build long-term media value through thoughtful storytelling, partnerships and creator-focused business development.
