Amplify Music Incubator, a pioneering initiative dedicated to nurturing emerging artists and fostering a vibrant music community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Shilpi Gupta as its new Co-Founder.
Gupta, a renowned cultural curator with over a decade of experience, joins Amplify Music Incubator's Director, Tanish Thakker, in steering the organisation's vision and growth. Her illustrious career spans key roles at MTV, Wizcraft, and Red Bull India, where she spearheaded the Culture Marketing program and launched the Global Indian Music Awards (GiMA).
During her tenure at Red Bull India, Gupta led groundbreaking initiatives, including the Red Bull Music Academy (RBMA) program and the iconic RBMA stage at the Magnetic Fields Festival. She also drove educational programs, facilitated special artist commissions, and conceptualised India's only live music venue on wheels - the Red Bull Tour Bus.
As Co-Founder, Gupta will play a pivotal role in shaping Amplify Music Incubator's strategy and programmes, further solidifying its position as a catalyst for music innovation and community engagement in India.
With Gupta on board, Amplify Music Incubator is poised to embark on a new chapter of growth, innovation, and cultural impact.
