A&M Studio Launches Full-Stack Entertainment Collective, Expands Beyond Artist Representation

Artist representation and live experience specialist A&M Studio has announced a major strategic expansion, formally evolving into a full-stack entertainment collective with the launch of A&M Studio Collective Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. in October 2025.

Founded by Manpreet Singh Kochar - Founder & Managing Director - A&M Studio Collective Entertainment Pvt. Ltd in 2018, A&M Studio has built a strong reputation as a specialist artist representation company, curating talent, production partners and programming to deliver high-impact live experiences. Over the past seven years, the company has executed more than 250 live gigs across genres and budgets, spanning intimate showcases to large-scale marquee stages.

With its newly launched collective entity, A&M Studio is moving beyond representation into a broader entertainment ecosystem. The company’s roadmap includes the development of music-led intellectual properties (IPs), music production, film and film-music projects, and experiential formats that sit at the intersection of automobile culture and music. Planned initiatives include multi-city biking festivals, community-led properties, and corporate events designed around strong, curated music line-ups to drive engagement.

The expansion comes at a time of sustained growth in India’s live entertainment economy. According to FICCI–EY estimates, the organised live events market crossed ?10,000 crore in 2024, growing by approximately 15% year-on-year, implying a 2023 base of around Rs 8,700 crore. Separate EY analysis of India’s concert economy estimates the live events segment exceeded Rs 12,000 crore in 2024, with projections of nearly 19% compound annual growth over the next three years, fuelled by rising demand for ticketed events and premium fan experiences.

Industry momentum is further reflected in the growing participation of major media groups in large-format concerts and tours. Recent initiatives include ticketed concert properties by India Today Group, music tour ventures by ABP Network, and NDTV’s entry into concert-led cultural experiences under the NDTV Good Times banner, signalling increased mainstream confidence in the live entertainment sector.

A&M Studio brings a proven festival and event track record to its next phase of growth. The company has curated six on-ground music festivals beginning with Worli Festival 2020, alongside eight digital music festivals produced during the COVID-19 period. Its partner ecosystem includes Exchange4Media Group companies, Loudest. In, Everything Experiential, Fever FM, Radio Nasha, Radio One, Suno 1234, NN Sippy Films, Newsmobile and PTC Punjabi.

The company’s founder brings over two decades of corporate marketing leadership, with prior experience across organisations such as The Coca-Cola Company, KPMG, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, YES Bank, Radio Mirchi Group and RPG Paging, along with sponsor-side involvement in music tours. This background is complemented by BIKERS KA SWAG, a community platform founded in October 2020, which strengthens A&M Studio’s positioning at the intersection of lifestyle communities and music-led experiences.

With its expanded mandate, A&M Studio aims to build scalable, sponsor-ready, music-first IPs across India, with select international forays, as it taps into the next phase of growth in the country’s rapidly evolving live entertainment landscape.
