Spotify Wrapped 2025: Arijit Singh Tops India’s Charts Again As Romance And I-Pop Dominate The Year

Spotify rolled out its annual Wrapped experience on Thursday, offering users a deeper and more interactive look at their year in music and podcasts. The 2025 edition, the platform’s seventh in India, returns with fan-favourite features alongside nearly a dozen new storytelling formats designed to make the experience more immersive and personalised than ever.

Wrapped 2025 highlights the continued rise of I-Pop in India, with artists like Aditya Rikhari, Kushagra, Faheem Abdullah and Jasleen Royal once again claiming top spots across charts. Romance remained the country’s most-consumed mood, with love ballads making up all 10 tracks of the Top Songs list. On the podcast front, Indian listeners kept their attention locked on horror, true crime and self-help creators, including Raj Shamani, Khooni Monday, and The Ranveer Show (Hindi).
