Billboard, in partnership with Other Side Ventures Pvt. Ltd., has announced the launch of Billboard India, marking its entry into one of the world’s fastest-growing music markets. The platform aims to celebrate India’s diverse musical landscape and showcase its talent on a global stage.
Set to go live in early 2026, Billboard India will introduce a wide range of offerings including Billboard’s iconic charts, curated lists, music awards, multi-format editorial content, artist interviews, biographies, merchandise, and exclusive events. The initiative will spotlight the linguistic and cultural diversity of India’s vibrant music industry while serving as a bridge between local creativity and global recognition.
Featuring artists and music from across the Indian diaspora, Billboard India will represent the full spectrum of the country’s music ecosystem, from the dominance of film soundtracks to the explosive rise of independent artists and India’s growing influence on global streaming charts.
