A massive wave of musical cheer emanated from successive Sunburn Arenas held from 7th November through 10 November 2019 across India. Fresh from topping this year's Top 100 DJ Mag Poll, Belgian DJ duo Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike delivered a stellar India Take Over 2019 Tour for the 13th edition of Asia's largest music festival, ‘Sunburn’, a Percept Live Intellectual Property. The tour kick-started on 7th November at Ozone Urbana in Bengaluru, followed by GMR Arena in Hyderabad on 8th November, followed by another show at Backyard Sports Club in Delhi NCR, and finally culminated at Mahalaxmi Race Course in Mumbai on 10th November. Millions of fans swayed, jumped and danced in unison to the earth-shattering beats and adrenaline pumped melodies. Scorching the roof of the 15,000 plus capacity stadiums with their amazing line-up accompanied by one of the most impressive stage concepts ever seen in the world of electronic music, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike delivered spectacular shows across 4 sold-out nights giving fans a truly mesmerizing audio and visual feast. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, alongside a range of opening acts that included Anish Sood,Ritviz, Angemi,Shaan, Greff, Basspatch, Basshunk, Olly Esse, Omen, Siana Catherine and Shiva Manvi delighted music aficionados through the entire weekend with what many were calling the most incredible and mind-blowing event of the year! Making a special appearance on stage in Mumbai was leading actress, Tamannaah Bhatia, who has enjoyed a successful year in the South with top-grossing films. She joined the duo on stage and waved the Tricolour driving the crowd into a patriotic frenzy of support and solidarity. The remarkable levels of technological prowess and musical magic were maintained at a constant high ensuring that the atmosphere of each Sunburn Arena showcase raised the bar and wowed the fans pan India. The jaw-dropping main-stage show was a mesmerizing sight to behold with an array of spectacular visuals, Co2 cannons, pyrotechnics, special effects and much more, wowing an ecstatic crowd through the entire night.
