Women Of Music India Announces Second Edition Of PWR Pose In Mumbai

Women of Music India (WoMI), the not-for-profit initiative founded by media advisor and entrepreneur Priyanka Khimani, has announced the second edition of PWR Pose, set to take place in Mumbai on 28 November 2025.

PWR Pose is WoMI’s flagship confidence and identity-building experience for women in music, from artists to industry executives, offering professional headshots, personalised styling, and a supportive community space that champions visibility, self-expression and belonging.

After a strong debut in 2024, PWR Pose 2.0 widens its scope to include young talent, both boys and girls, from underserved and diverse backgrounds. The expanded programme provides access to professional photography, industry environments, and confidence-building interactions aimed at nurturing future creative aspirations.

The 2025 edition will bring together emerging artists, executives, creators and young cultural leaders, alongside allies from across the entertainment industry. Participants will engage in curated shoots, glam support, mentoring touchpoints and community-led storytelling, spotlighting talent across artistic, executive and creative roles.

Rooted in WoMI’s mission of access and representation, PWR Pose forms part of the organisation’s broader effort to build pathways, mentorship and long-term opportunities for Indian-origin talent across global music and creative industries. NGO partners such as The Dharavi Dream Project and The Sound Space will join this edition to help expand access and strengthen the talent pipeline.

Speaking about the initiative, WoMI Founder Priyanka Khimani said, “This year, PWR Pose is opening its doors wider. By partnering with non-profits, we’re welcoming young talent from marginalised communities who have never had access to spaces like this. Our goal is simple: to make confidence, visibility and opportunity truly accessible to those who deserve to be seen, heard and supported.”
