Tips Music’s EPS Grows 36% Annually Over Three Years

Tips Music’s earnings growth and expanding operating margins have drawn attention in a recent analysis by Simply Wall St, which highlighted the company’s profitability and substantial insider shareholding.

According to the analysis published on October 13, 2026, the music label recorded annual earnings-per-share (EPS) growth of 36% over the past three years, reflecting its consistent earnings performance. Its earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) margin also improved by 4.8 percentage points to 69% over the last year, alongside revenue growth.

Insider Ownership Remains High

The report noted that company insiders hold approximately 65% of Tips Music’s shares, valued at around ₹57 billion at the prevailing share price cited in the analysis. Such substantial ownership can align management’s interests with those of shareholders, although it also means insiders have considerable influence over company decisions.

What the Growth Means for Investors

Simply Wall St noted that Tips Music’s earnings trajectory could make the company worth further consideration for growth-focused investors. However, strong earnings growth alone does not establish whether a stock is fairly valued. Investors may also need to assess its price-to-earnings ratio against industry peers and consider other financial indicators.

The analysis also pointed out that insider buying could provide an additional signal of confidence in a company's future prospects. While Tips Music’s earnings growth and high insider ownership stand out, its valuation remains an important factor in assessing the stock.

Tips Music operates in the acquisition and exploitation of music rights in India and international markets, placing its financial performance within the broader business of music licensing and intellectual property monetisation.
