The firm handled the show’s complex legal architecture, navigating overlapping IP ownership, licensing structures and multi-platform usage rights across audio, video, promotional and digital ecosystems. With multiple stakeholders from the music, audio-visual and OTT sectors, the legal framework required detailed coordination around rights management and monetisation pathways.
