Indian music composer Anirudh Ravichander continues to dominate the film music landscape, reportedly becoming the highest-paid composer in the country with a major paycheck for the upcoming film AA23 starring Allu Arjun and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
According to industry reports, Anirudh is believed to be earning around Rs 25 crore for the project, a significant increase compared to his reported remuneration for other major films.
The fee is said to be around 39% higher than what he is expected to receive for the sequel to the blockbuster film Jailer, where his music played a key role in the original film’s success. Reports suggest the composer was paid about ?10 crore for Jailer and could receive around Rs 18 crore for Jailer 2, reflecting an earlier hike following the film’s massive box-office performance.
Anirudh has steadily built a reputation as one of the most sought-after composers in Indian cinema, delivering chart-topping albums and high-impact background scores across multiple industries. His recent work includes soundtracks for blockbuster projects and collaborations with leading stars across Tamil, Telugu and Hindi cinema.
With several high-profile films in his upcoming lineup, the composer’s latest remuneration milestone further reinforces his position as one of the most influential and commercially valuable music creators in Indian cinema today.
