Himesh Reshammiya, Talwiinder And Flipperachi To Headline UN40 Festival In Bengaluru

Saregama Live, the live entertainment arm of Saregama India Ltd., has announced the launch of UN40, a new multi-genre cultural festival curated with audiences under 40 at its core. The two-day festival is scheduled to take place at NICE Grounds, Bengaluru, and aims to bring together music, comedy, creators and immersive experiences in a format designed around contemporary cultural sensibilities.

The inaugural edition of UN40 will feature live performances by Himesh Reshammiya, Talwiinder, Aditya Rikhari, Shalmali Kholgade, and viral music sensation Flipperachi, whose track featured in Dhurandhar has seen rapid online traction. The festival will also mark Flipperachi’s first confirmed live performance in India, positioning UN40 as a platform for both established and breakout talent.

While the festival is positioned for under-40 audiences, organisers have emphasised that the experience is guided more by mindset than age. Attendees over 40 are welcome to attend when accompanied by someone under 40, reinforcing the festival’s focus on shared cultural tastes and collective experiences rather than strict age barriers.

Beyond live performances, UN40 will offer a range of interactive attractions designed to extend engagement across the venue. A dedicated Gaming Zone, inspired by classic tele-match-style challenges, will feature team-based games built around friendly competition and group participation. The zone has been conceptualised to be as engaging for spectators as for participants, encouraging crowd interaction, cheering and communal viewing.

The festival will also feature a European-style Beer Garden, envisioned as a central social hub. In addition to serving as a space to unwind, the Beer Garden will host creator-led interactions, meet-and-greets, conversations and informal performances, offering audiences a more relaxed and personal way to engage with artists and digital creators.

Commenting on the launch, Siddharth Anand Kumar, Executive Vice President – Films, Series and Events at Saregama India Ltd., said, “UN40 has been conceived as a long-term festival property that reflects how younger audiences are engaging with live entertainment today. While it is under-40 focused, it is driven by mindset rather than age. By bringing together a diverse, multi-genre line-up and experiences beyond the stage, we aim to create a stronger connection between artists and audiences, and build a festival that feels relevant, participatory and enduring.”

With UN40, Saregama Live is positioning itself to tap into the evolving expectations of younger audiences, blending live performances with community-driven experiences to create a festival format built for long-term cultural relevance.
