Kamal Haasan To Feature In AR Rahman’s Tribute Video For Asha Bhosle

Kamal Haasan is set to feature in a special music tribute video dedicated to legendary singer Asha Bhosle, with composer AR Rahman sharing a glimpse of the upcoming project.

Rahman released the teaser of the tribute, which celebrates Bhosle’s extraordinary musical legacy. The project was conceived as a tribute to the veteran singer and brings together prominent names from the Indian entertainment industry.

Haasan’s participation adds another prominent voice from the Indian film industry to the tribute. Rahman has also expressed gratitude to the actor for coming on board the project, following the announcement of Shah Rukh Khan’s involvement.

The tribute comes months after Bhosle’s passing in April 2026 at the age of 92. The singer’s final recorded work, composed and produced by Rahman, is also set to feature Shah Rukh Khan and is expected to be released soon.
