Junglee Music Acquires ‘Little Thomas’ Music Rights, Releases First Song ‘Do Guna Zindagi’

The makers of the upcoming film ‘Little Thomas’, starring Gulshan Devaiah and Rasika Dugal, have released the film’s first track, ‘Do Guna Zindagi’, through Junglee Music, a division of Times Music. The song offers a glimpse into the film’s world, centred around family, childhood and the simple joys of everyday life.

Sung by Raghav Meattle, the track has been composed by Aditya N. and Nayantara Bhatkal, with lyrics by Suresh Bhatia. Built around the optimism and quiet aspirations of the Miranda family, the song captures the emotional warmth of a family looking forward to a new chapter.

At the heart of the track is seven-year-old Thomas, played by Hridansh Parekh, who eagerly awaits the arrival of his baby brother. His anticipation runs parallel to his parents’ hopes for a happier and more fulfilling life, giving the song a childlike yet emotionally grounded perspective.

The video also moves away from the conventional postcard imagery associated with Goa, instead exploring the character of its neighbourhoods. Filmed across Fontainhas, Altinho, Saligao and Margao, the visuals feature narrow alleyways, stairways overlooking Portuguese-era homes and makeshift football grounds on church premises.

Through these settings, ‘Do Guna Zindagi’ reflects Goa’s laid-back susegad culture and the everyday vibrancy of its communities, complementing the film’s intimate storytelling.

Written and directed by Kaushal Oza, Little Thomas is produced by Anushka Shah, Charu Oza, Rajnikant Oza, Akshay Thakker, Kabir Ahuja, Ranjan Singh and Anurag Kashyap.

The film is slated for a theatrical release on October 23.

‘Do Guna Zindagi’ is now available across audio streaming platforms, while its music video is streaming on the Times Music YouTube channel.
