Cornerstone Enters Music Management With Cornerstone Music, Signs Two-Time Grammy Nominee Raja Kumari

Cornerstone has launched Cornerstone Music, a new artist and music talent management vertical, marking the agency’s entry into the music management space. Rapper, singer and songwriter Raja Kumari has been signed as the first artist, while Punjabi hip-hop rapper Quake joins the initial roster.

With the new vertical, Cornerstone aims to expand beyond talent representation into the discovery, development and long-term management of artists, songwriters, composers and producers. The company also plans to explore opportunities around new music, original songs and music-related intellectual property.

Cornerstone Music will follow a 360-degree talent management model spanning music, content, brand partnerships, live entertainment, film, digital and culture. The vertical will also explore AI-assisted tools aimed at making music creation more accessible and affordable for emerging artists.

Raja Kumari, known for her genre-blending sound and work connecting Indian and global music influences, becomes the first major signing under the new vertical. Quake, a Bengaluru-based Punjabi hip-hop artist, is also part of the initial roster, bringing together Punjabi identity with contemporary global hip-hop.

Speaking on the launch, Bunty Sajdeh, CEO, Cornerstone, said, “Music has always been the missing piece for us. We’ve spent years building careers in sport and entertainment by backing people before the world catches on, and that’s exactly the instinct we’re bringing to Cornerstone Music.”

Raja Kumari said the partnership comes as she marks 10 years in the music industry. “I’ve always believed in the power of India to the World. Joining forces with Cornerstone Music feels like the right fit as I celebrate 10 years in the music industry,” she said.

The launch comes as Cornerstone looks to build a dedicated music ecosystem focused on identifying talent early, developing artists over the long term and creating opportunities across entertainment and culture. More artist signings are expected to follow.
