After three seasons of redefining India’s streaming music narrative, Coke Studio Bharat is set to return with its fourth edition. The new season kicks off with ‘The List,’ unveiling a diverse roster of artists who will shape this year’s musical journey.
Season 3 delivered standout tracks like Arz Kiya Hai, a contemporary take on India’s poetic traditions that topped domestic charts, alongside festive anthems such as Holi Aayi Re. Building on that momentum, Season 4 aims to go deeper into India’s cultural and geographic roots, spotlighting stories emerging from across the country’s local landscapes.
The newly announced line-up includes Aditya Rikhari, Kulte Khan, Ravator, Faheem Abdullah, Arsalan Nizami, Madhur Sharma, Ashok Maskeen, Vaibhav Pani, Mohammad Faiz, Mame Khan, Khwaab, Utpal Udit, and Rekha Bhardwaj. The line-up reflects a wide spectrum of musical traditions, regional influences, and audience bases.
This season is expected to traverse themes such as personal storytelling, devotion, longing, and memory, while reinterpreting India’s rich musical heritage. From Rajasthani folk and Kashmiri storytelling traditions to Banaras-rooted narratives and Punjabi Sufi influences, the upcoming tracks promise a blend of authenticity and modern expression, with unexpected collaborations at the core.
Speaking about the new season, Rekha Bhardwaj highlighted the evolving relationship between tradition and contemporary sound, noting that platforms like Coke Studio Bharat allow each generation to rediscover its cultural roots through collaboration. From a brand perspective, Shantanu Gangane, IMX Lead at Coca-Cola India, said the platform continues to bridge folk traditions with modern voices, amplifying regional languages and untold stories on both national and global stages.
Echoing this vision, Devraj Sanyal, Chairman & CEO, India & South Asia at Universal Music Group, described Coke Studio Bharat as a vital creative ecosystem that merges regional heritage with globally relevant sound. He added that in an era where audiences actively shape culture, the focus remains on creating compelling music with exceptional artists.
