Anirudh Ravichander Joins Apollo Hospitals As Face Of ProHealth Campaign

Apollo Hospitals has announced music composer and playback singer Anirudh Ravichander as the brand ambassador for ProHealth, the hospital group’s AI-powered personalised, predictive, and preventive healthcare programme.

With the partnership, Apollo Hospitals is launching a nationwide campaign aimed at encouraging younger audiences to adopt a preventive healthcare mindset, urging them to proactively manage their health rather than wait for medical issues to arise.

The move comes at a time when lifestyle-related health risks are rising sharply among young Indians. According to Apollo’s Health of the Nation 2026 Report, factors such as poor sleep, stress, irregular routines, and demanding work lifestyles are contributing to increasing cases of obesity, prehypertension, and early diabetes indicators, particularly among young corporate professionals.

The integrated ProHealth campaign combines cinematic storytelling, youth-focused communication, and cultural relevance to position preventive healthcare as a lifestyle choice rather than a medical obligation. Apollo said the campaign seeks to make health awareness more accessible and relatable for younger consumers.

Sindoori Reddy, Director – Strategy at Apollo Hospitals, said, “With non-communicable diseases rising sharply among young people, early intervention is critical. ProHealth reflects our brand’s evolution, shifting the consumer mindset from reactive illness management to proactive lifestyle ownership by putting predictive AI directly in their hands.”

Speaking on the collaboration, Anirudh Ravichander said, “Health is something we often take for granted until it demands our attention. ProHealth makes it easy to understand your health and stay ahead of risks. I am proud to partner with Apollo Hospitals to help more people choose preventive care and invest in their long-term well-being.”

Apollo Hospitals stated that the campaign has been designed to move away from fear-based healthcare messaging and complex medical terminology. Instead, it uses humour, familiarity, and everyday situations to position preventive care as modern, empowering, and relevant to contemporary lifestyles.

The campaign also brings together filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon’s storytelling style with Anirudh Ravichander’s youth connect to create relatable narratives targeted at young working professionals.

Integrated with the Apollo 24|7 app, ProHealth combines diagnostics, AI-powered risk prediction, doctor consultations, and continuous digital health support to provide personalised health insights and long-term wellness tracking.

According to Apollo Hospitals, the programme is built on insights from over 28 million health checks and the company’s four decades of clinical expertise. The hospital group also shared outcome data from enrolled users, stating that 34% of individuals with diabetes showed improved HbA1c levels, while 56% of people with hypertension recorded better blood pressure levels.

Additionally, 26% of individuals with obesity achieved measurable weight reduction and improved health outcomes.

The campaign will roll out nationally across print, digital, television, FM radio, social media, outdoor advertising, theatres, and Apollo’s healthcare ecosystem, with a primary focus on youth and young working professionals.
