Gurdas Maan To Return To Mumbai With Exclusive One-Night Concert At NESCO Center

Mumbai is gearing up for a landmark live music event as legendary Punjabi singer-songwriter Gurdas Maan returns to the city for a one-night-only concert on March 21, 2026, at the NESCO Center. Produced and promoted by EVA Live, the show marks the icon’s only India performance during his current global touring cycle, making it a rare outing for fans.

Titled ‘Gurdas Maan – Live Like Never Before’, the concert is being positioned as a premium, immersive experience that moves beyond the conventional live format. Known for blending emotional storytelling with cultural authenticity, Maan will be backed by an 11-member live band for what organisers describe as a richly layered celebration of Punjabi folk, poetry and heritage.

The production is expected to feature a pind-inspired stage design, drawing from the visual and emotional nostalgia of rural Punjab. Traditional performance elements such as Bhangra, Giddha and Gatka are set to complement the musical journey, transforming the evening into a full-scale cultural showcase expected to run over two hours.

The setlist is anticipated to span Maan’s celebrated catalogue, including classics such as Challa, Apna Punjab Hove, Ki Banu Duniya Da and Sajna Ve Sajna, alongside soulful tracks like Peer Tere Jaan Di and Raati Chann Naal Gallan Karkey. Fans can also expect favourites including Mamla Garbar Hai, Dil Da Mamla and Hasdi De Dand Ginda, as well as conceptual material from his Sound of Soil album and contemporary Lofi and Trap reinterpretations of his work.

But this upcoming event is special , larger in scale, richer in production and designed to offer a brand new live experience that audiences haven’t seen before.”

The Mumbai concert arrives just days before Maan embarks on his ‘Soul of Punjab’ Canada Tour 2026, which will see him perform across Brampton, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver beginning March 28. Positioned ahead of this international leg, the Mumbai show stands as a significant bridge between his recent conceptual work and his continuing global journey, reinforcing his enduring legacy in Punjabi music and beyond.
