Filmmaker Aditya Dhar has lauded composer Shashwat Sachdev for his extraordinary speed and creativity in crafting the music for Dhurandhar 2, revealing that the composer created 14 songs in just 11 days.

Taking to social media, Dhar shared a heartfelt note about his long-standing collaboration with Sachdev, describing their relationship as deeply personal and akin to that of brothers. He highlighted the unusually rapid pace at which the film’s music was produced, calling the process “beyond crazy” given the scale, emotional depth, and quality achieved.

The filmmaker also reflected on their work on the first instalment of the franchise, noting that Sachdev had composed nine songs in nine days and completed the background score in just six days. For Dhurandhar 2, the composer not only delivered 14 tracks within 11 days but also wrapped up the background score in a mere three days.

Dhar further revealed that both albums were released within a span of three months and went on to gain global traction, with several tracks charting internationally and receiving strong audience response.

The collaboration between Dhar and Sachdev,who previously worked together on Uri: The Surgical Strike,has been widely credited for shaping the sonic identity of the Dhurandhar franchise, blending high-energy compositions with emotional storytelling.
