LG Electronics Launches AI-powered xboom Audio Lineup In India With will.i.am Collaboration

LG Electronics has expanded its premium audio portfolio in India with the launch of its AI-powered xboom speaker lineup, developed in collaboration with Grammy-winning artist, producer and tech entrepreneur will.i.am. The new range introduces the xboom Bounce and xboom Grab, combining AI-driven audio features with portable designs aimed at music enthusiasts.

The launch marks the Indian debut of LG's global partnership with will.i.am, who has played a key role in shaping the speakers' sound profile, product design and overall user experience. The collaboration is part of the company's strategy to position xboom as a lifestyle-focused audio brand that blends technology with music culture.

Both speakers feature AI-powered capabilities including AI Sound, which automatically analyzes music and adjusts audio settings based on the content being played, and AI Calibration, which optimizes sound output according to the surrounding environment. The devices also support AI Lighting, synchronizing built-in lighting effects with the rhythm of the music, alongside Auracast for multi-speaker connectivity.

The xboom Bounce is designed for immersive portable listening with enhanced bass performance, while the more compact xboom Grab caters to users seeking an on-the-go audio companion. Both models feature rugged, portable designs built for indoor and outdoor use.

Commenting on the collaboration, will.i.am said the partnership aims to reimagine how people experience sound by combining intelligent technology with creativity.
