Loudest & Music Inc. 40 Under 40 Awards Open Nominations For Inaugural Edition

The inaugural edition of the Loudest & Music Inc. 40 Under 40 Awards has officially opened nominations, inviting the music industry to recognize and celebrate the next generation of leaders, innovators and changemakers shaping India’s rapidly growing music economy.

Presented by Loudest and Music Inc. in association with exchange4media and IMW Buzz, the awards aim to spotlight outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who have made significant contributions across the music ecosystem.

The initiative seeks to honor individuals driving impact in areas such as artist management, record labels, music publishing, rights management, live entertainment, music technology, marketing, content creation, talent development and entrepreneurship.

The inaugural edition is backed by an esteemed jury comprising some of the most respected names in the music, media and entertainment industries. The jury panel includes Dr. Anurag Batra, Chairman & Editor-in-Chief of BW Businessworld and exchange4media Group; Devraj Sanyal, Chairman & CEO-India and South Asia, SVP Strategy-Africa, Middle East and South Asia, Universal Music Group; Blaise Fernandes, President and CEO, Indian Music Industry (IMI) and IFPI India; Mandar Thakur, CEO, Times Music; Sujal Parekh, Chief Business Officer, Zee Music Company; Vinod Bhanushali, CMD, Bhanushali Studios Limited; Rajeev Raja, Founder, brandmusiq; Shamir Tandon, Music Director; Hamza Kazi, Head of Artist Relations & Development, The Hello Group India; singers and composers Shibani Kashyap, Sukhbir and Jasbir Jassi; Lloyd Mathias, former marketing leader at PepsiCo, Motorola and HP; Rakesh Nigam, CEO, IPRS; and Ruhail Amin, Sr. Editor, exchange4media and BW Businessworld.

The awards have been conceptualized to recognize the people working behind the scenes as well as those at the forefront of the industry, whose efforts continue to fuel the growth and evolution of India’s music business.

With India’s music industry witnessing unprecedented growth across streaming, live events, creator economies and global collaborations, the platform aims to acknowledge young professionals who are building the future of the sector.
