PVR INOX Brings Live Poetry And Music To Cinemas With ‘Marham – The Journey Within’

PVR INOX is expanding its LIVE ON STAGE cultural programming platform with Marham – The Journey Within, a musical and poetic experience bringing together seven poets and singers through music, poetry and stories from everyday life.

Rooted in the traditional baithak format, the experience blends poetry, music and personal narratives to create an intimate setting for audiences to connect with artists and their stories.

The journey began in March 2026 with its premiere at the Kolkata Centre for Creativity, in partnership with Emami. The performance drew a full house, while earlier engagements of Marham have also included sold-out shows.

As part of LIVE ON STAGE, Marham – The Journey Within will now travel to Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Gurugram and Jaipur. The tour begins in Mumbai on September 26, followed by Ahmedabad on September 27, Gurugram on October 3 and Jaipur on October 4, with performances hosted in PVR INOX’s premium cinema auditoriums.

Through LIVE ON STAGE, PVR INOX is expanding the role of its cinema spaces beyond films, offering curated programming across music, poetry, storytelling, spoken word, screenings, workshops and live performances.
