The awards recognised contributions across film and independent music, covering categories such as devotional songs, folk music, dance tracks and digital hits, with singers, composers, lyricists and performers among those honoured.

Speaking about the initiative, Partha Dey, President, IVY Entertainment, said, “Bhojpuri music commands immense love, and its talent deserves a stage that reflects that scale. IVY Bhojpuri Music Awards is a major step in our commitment to this industry.”

Dey added that the platform aims to recognise leading voices, increase visibility for emerging artists and take Bhojpuri music to wider audiences, with Patna serving as the starting point for the initiative.
