The move marks a shift from building ventures like Hoopr to enabling broader growth
In a significant leadership move within the startup and growth ecosystem, Vitasta Kaul has joined Disrupt.Grow as Brand and Marketing Advisor. The move marks a strategic pivot in Kaul’s nearly two-decade career, from building individual businesses like Hoopr to enabling growth across multiple ventures.
Announcing her new role, Kaul highlighted a growing intent to be more deliberate about where she invests her expertise. “After years of building and scaling within organizations, I was drawn to opportunities where I could create impact at a broader level,” she said. Disrupt.Grow’s focus on addressing real growth challenges for emerging businesses, rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, played a key role in her decision.
She also cited strong alignment with the company’s leadership, including Archana and Prapti, particularly in their shared belief that sustainable growth is driven by clarity, systems, and consistency, not just short-term spikes.
In her new role, Kaul will focus on building Disrupt.Grow’s brand as a credible and outcome-driven growth partner. A core priority will be establishing a strong category position, differentiating the company from traditional consulting firms through structured thinking and measurable results.
Content strategy will be central to this effort, with an emphasis on insight-led narratives drawn from real operator experience. This includes case studies, founder journeys, and practical breakdowns of growth frameworks.
Additionally, Kaul plans to spotlight “proof of work” through tangible impact metrics and before-and-after business scenarios to build trust among early-stage founders.
Another key pillar will be strengthening a founder-led brand presence, leveraging authentic voices and perspectives over polished, generic messaging. “The goal is to build a brand that people trust even before they engage with it,” Kaul noted.
Her appointment comes at a time when startups are increasingly seeking hands-on, execution-focused growth partners, positioning Disrupt.Grow to play a more defined role in the evolving ecosystem.
