Music industry is dynamic and hit-makers change like seasons. In other words, life span of an artist in the music industry is unsure. Badshah is an exception. In fact, it has been five years since Saturday Saturday first came out. Badshah has been improving himself since then. Somewhere between his creative differences with Yo! Yo! Honey Singh and failures, he became a hit-maker. As a matter of fact, Badshah has delivered bangers like Abhi To Party, Chull, Taareefan and several others. Badshah is as competitive as the industry itself. He has seen the times when he was considered as Honey Singh's substitute in the industry. We reckon not. He has been a consistent artist ever since his breakthrough.

Heartless

Badshah has just released the audio of Heartless. The track is a Gaana exclusive and features Aastha Gill. In fact, Badshah and Aastha Gill have a history of delivering hits. Badshah collaborated with Aastha Gill on DJ Waley Babu, Happy Happy, Abhi To Party and others. As a matter of fact, Abhi To Party sits on 196 million views on YouTube while DJ Waley Babu has 184 million views. Their last collaboration was on Aastha Gill's debut-single, Buzz. Badshah wrote, produced and featured on the track and the song has indeed changed the game for Aastha. In fact, Buzz sits on 124 million views today. Heartless is a power-house of vibes. Badshah has done a very few non-club tracks. Heartless is definitely different. The song starts with a Guitar-arpeggio and slowly transits with wind-chimes into the hook. Aastha Gill's vocals on the hook are flawless. The overall groove which the drums creates is soothing to the ears. In addition, the hi-hats give it a more rhythmic swing. The song is dubbed on stereo. In other words, there are two vocal layers playing together in both left and the right channels.
