In an exclusive conversation with loudest.in, he shares insights into Alive India and his remarkable musical journey.Here are edited excerpts:

Q1. As the frontman of Alive India, what inspired you to embark on this musical journey, and what keeps you motivated after two decades?

Alive India was born out of my lifelong passion for music and the vision to provide a platform where talent could flourish. Witnessing the profound impact music has on individuals and communities, I felt compelled to unite diverse musical talents under one Cooperative National Music Republic - Alive India based on the Principles of  I to Us | Me to We - Cooperative | Collaborative | Interactive &  Participative 

Alive India was launched with a " Purpose " with a Strong mission of Changing Lives through MUSIC extending way beyond Recordings or Live Performances; 

Witnessing the transformative power of music  to connect cultures first hand, I was inspired to elevate the Indian music scene on a global scale by uniting " Artists & Studios " from 26 indian States - Guwahati to Gandhi Nagar  , Kashmir to Kerala under one platform where India's First State of Art Multi Floor Multi Capability Audio + Video Creation Infrastructure www.alive1studio.com with Artist Residency Facility backing up India's emerging & established , Fresh & Famous Artists as a Fraternity to come together fostering a collaborative environment and keep churning out Fresh Music , Curate & Rehearse Brilliant Live Performances to take Indian Music to a Global Audience 

What drives me is the transformative impact our music has on audiences, coupled with the constant evolution of our musical ventures, ensuring each performance is a unique and unforgettable journey. The boundless possibilities for growth and evolution within music keep me inspired and moving forward, as each show presents an opportunity to craft something truly extraordinary and memorable. It's this ongoing process of creativity and connection that fuels my motivation year after year. Every day, I'm fueled by the profound impact our music has on our audience and the communities we touch, striving to foster a sense of togetherness and connection through music. With Alive India, we've cultivated a platform that unites artists and studios from across India, fostering a vibrant and collaborative environment where fresh music is born and exceptional live performances are curated. Alive India isn't just a project; it's a journey fueled by my lifelong passion for music, stemming from a deep desire to create a space where talent can flourish and unite in a cooperative spirit. Witnessing how music can touch lives and bridge cultures, I was compelled to establish Alive India with a clear purpose: to use music as a vehicle for positive change through the initiative Sing to Save - changing lives through music.

Q2. Can you share some memorable experiences from touring with Aurko and performing across 62 Indian cities and internationally?

Touring with my Band Aurko across 61 Indian Cities & abroad spreading Love , sharing happiness Professionally has been an exhilarating journey filled with unforgettable moments. 

From electrifying performances at iconic venues to connecting with audiences across cultural boundaries, each city has left an indelible mark on our musical voyage. Our international ventures have further enriched our experiences, reaffirming the universal language of music that transcends borders.

Q3.What led you to establish initiatives like Alive India and the Multi-Floor Alive 1 Studio Residency? How do you see these initiatives shaping the future of music in India?

The establishment of Alive India and the Alive 1 Studio Residency stemmed from a commitment to nurture talent and foster creativity within the Indian music industry. These initiatives serve as incubators for emerging artists, providing them with the resources and support needed to flourish. By democratizing access to music production and performance spaces, we envision a future where every aspiring musician has the opportunity to realize their musical potential.

Q4. How do you balance your roles as a lead singer, songwriter, performer, and visionary force behind Alive India?

Balancing multiple roles within the music industry requires discipline, dedication, and a deep-rooted passion for music. As a lead singer and songwriter, I draw inspiration from personal experiences and collaborate with talented musicians to bring our vision to life. Driving Aurko for 24 Rocking Years and Alive India for the last 12 Years , my focus is on creating impactful personalised experiences that resonate with audiences and empower artists to push creative boundaries.

Q5. What advice would you give to aspiring musicians and entrepreneurs looking to make their mark in the music industry, based on your own experiences and achievements?

My advice to aspiring musicians and entrepreneurs is to stay true to your passion, embrace collaboration, and never stop learning. Surround yourself with mentors who inspire you and seize every opportunity to showcase your talent. Success in the music industry requires perseverance, resilience, and a willingness to adapt to change.

By fostering a culture of creativity and inclusivity, we transcend traditional boundaries and deliver memorable musical experiences across 26 Indian Languages we are India that leave a lasting impression.

Q7. Could you elaborate on the initiatives like "Sing to Save" and "Play for a Cause" under the Alive India Music Foundation? How do these initiatives impact the lives of budding musicians?

 "Sing to Save" and "Play for a Cause" represent our commitment to making a difference through music, both in the lives of budding musicians and in our society at large. Through "Sing to Save," we aim to provide aspiring singers with the support and opportunities they need to pursue their passion for music while ensuring sustainable income and career stability. 

This initiative is close to my heart, as it aligns perfectly with the mission of the Alive India Music Foundation, Music NGO I co-founded with my band Aurko and fellow Alive India artists.

At the core of our initiative is the belief in the power of music to transform lives. Through the MSR (Musicians Social Responsibility) campaign, we advocate for the basic needs of musicians, including "Roti, Kapda, Makaan Aur Rozgaar" (Food, Clothing, Shelter, and Employment). We're not just providing financial support; we're creating a community where musicians feel valued, respected, and empowered to pursue their craft.

"Play for a Cause" takes our social impact even further by empowering musicians to use their art as a force for change. Whether it's raising awareness about social issues, supporting charitable causes, or simply bringing joy to those in need, this initiative showcases the transformative potential of music beyond entertainment.

Through these initiatives, we're not only enriching the lives of budding musicians but also contributing to the cultural fabric of our society. 

By fostering a community where music serves as a catalyst for positive change, we're creating a brighter, more harmonious future for all.
