Wednesday, 22 July 2020 – TuneCore, the leading digital music distribution service provider for independent artists belonging to parent company Believe, is excited to announce its TuneCore Flip The Beat Contest with Music Producer Ritviz. Two weeks after its India website launch, TuneCore brings you a contest that is open to artists from all over India to flex their creative muscle and enter into a contest that TuneCore and Ritviz put together for the Indian Independent producer and musician. About the association, Ritviz said ‘I'm super excited for the opportunity to be a part of TuneCore's India launch. They've done some really amazing work with independent artists across the globe and their arrival in India is surely a good sign. Our contest TuneCore Flip The Beat is a going to be a fun way for musicians and producers to show us what they're about.’ For TuneCore, partnering with Ritviz on this contest seemed like the obvious choice when considering Ritviz’s fierce independence, his musical trajectory as well as the influence and impact his music has had on fans and musicians alike. Contest rules and mechanics will be announced by Ritviz and TuneCore today and will include the chance to reproduce, reconstruct and reimagine a new track that uses a Ritviz Signature sample. The winner will be chosen on the basis of popularity and creativity. The prize package includes an online Ableton Live Music Production course from Global Music Institute, an INR 50,000/- gear and instrument voucher from Furtados Music, Lifetime Membership to the Indian Performing Right Society Limited and one year distribution on one album or single from TuneCore. The Prize package was designed to benefit the winning artist for years to come with its value going well over its INR 100,000 price tag and the intent to aid the artist’s craft. The contest begins on July 22 and ends on August 5. The winner will be announced by Ritviz soon after. Those looking to enter will find information on Ritviz and TuneCore’s Instagram pages.
