Mumbai, December 6, 2019 - Hailed as one of India’s most unique festival experiences celebrating music, art, nature & wildlife, the Ranthambhore Music & Wildlife Festival takes centre stage from December 27 – 29, 2019 at the magnificent Nahargarh Palace in Ranthambhore, Rajasthan. The venue has staged spectacular music performances by artists from across France, Germany, Israel, Bangladesh, and India, catering to a select audience of people while also creating an intimate and crafted experience for its guests. The festival brings together some of India’s most cutting edge music performance acts as well as an exciting mix of genres ranging from folk to rock, jazz, rap and electronic. This year will feature performances by Peter Cat Recording Co., Mame Khan, Naezy, Arko Mukherjea Collective, Lifafa, Rasika Shekar and others. Adding to the exhilarating musical affair, the festival will offer guests a host of experiences like wildlife safaris live music concerts in step-well swimming pools and stone amphitheatres, block printing and pottery workshops, heritage expeditions, star gazing, malt tastings and a delectable feast of local and international cuisine. Located just a few kilometres from the Ranthambhore National Park - home to the Indian tiger, Sloth Bear, Leopard and numerous other species of animals and birds - the festival actively supports local wildlife conservation projects and NGOs. Through the festival, guests are encouraged to explore Ranthambhore and its surrounding nature and history through safaris, guided tours and bicycle expeditions. And that’s not all - Festival-goers can also spend the day engaged in local handicraft workshops like Block Printing and Pottery.
