The Shakti Collective (TSC), a culture-forward artist ecosystem focused on music, storytelling and creative entrepreneurship, has announced the launch of TSC Artists, a partnership-first platform designed to help independent artists build sustainable creative careers, grow meaningful audiences and create long-term cultural impact.
Positioned as an alternative to traditional artist management models, TSC Artists aims to provide creators with a holistic ecosystem that supports every stage of their journey. The platform will partner with artists across discovery, curation, creation, audience development, collaborations, live experiences, intellectual property development and monetisation.
The initiative is rooted in The Shakti Collective's guiding philosophy: Human > Artist > Art, placing personal growth and creative authenticity at the centre of an artist's development.
As part of its inaugural partnerships, TSC Artists has teamed up with Harshaduhita Collective and Yugm, supporting their growth through strategic collaborations, audience expansion, cultural projects, live experiences and long-term career development initiatives.
The organisation also revealed that additional artist partnerships are currently in the pipeline and will be announced in the coming months as it expands its artist ecosystem.
Speaking about the launch, Rohit Sobti, Founder & Curator, The Shakti Collective, said, “Artists do not need managers for every stage of their journey. They need ecosystems. The future belongs to artists who can learn, create, collaborate, build communities, own their narratives and create sustainable value around their work. TSC Artists has been created to serve as that ecosystem. Our role is not to manage artists. Our role is to help them unfold their fullest potential while remaining true to their voice, identity and purpose.”
Commenting on the partnership, Harshaduhita Collective said, “What drew us to The Shakti Collective was their belief in partnership over ownership. The focus was never on control. It was on creating opportunities, reaching new audiences, building meaningful collaborations and growing together. That philosophy resonated deeply with us.”
Meanwhile, Yugm added, “Independent artists often spend years navigating the business side of creativity on their own. TSC brings together guidance, opportunities, community and long-term thinking while allowing artists to remain authentic to their creative voice. That’s what made this partnership meaningful for us.”
According to TSC, the launch of TSC Artists marks a significant milestone in its broader mission to build a culture-first ecosystem that empowers artists to discover their strengths, create meaningful work, foster communities and unlock sustainable opportunities throughout their careers.
Beyond artist partnerships, The Shakti Collective continues to expand its initiatives across artist education through TSC Academy, original intellectual properties, film and music ecosystems, cultural collaborations, live experiences and creator entrepreneurship programmes.
With audiences increasingly seeking authentic voices and deeper connections in an era dominated by algorithms and content saturation, TSC Artists aims to help creators develop, nurture and share meaningful stories while building sustainable careers around their art.
