Shivotsav 2026 To Bring ‘Shiv Ji Ki Musical Baraat’ To Delhi On August 23

Delhi is set to witness a contemporary celebration of Sawan with Shivotsav 2026 – Iss Sawan Shiv Ji Ki Musical Baraat, scheduled for August 23, 2026, at the Yamuna Sports Complex. Presented by BuzzStage and Kidywidy, the event will blend devotion, live music and cultural entertainment in a family-oriented format.

The celebration will feature a Grand Shiv Ji Ki Musical Baraat, alongside live bhajan performances, devotional DJ acts, traditional Damru performances and cultural presentations. The evening will also include a live performance by Mantram Band, bringing a contemporary musical dimension to the devotional experience.

Positioned as a new-age Sawan celebration, Shivotsav aims to bring together devotees, families, youngsters and music enthusiasts, combining traditional elements of Shiva worship with a live entertainment format.

The event is expected to attract 700+ attendees and will feature immersive devotional experiences designed to make the celebration engaging for audiences across generations.

The organisers said the event seeks to present the spirit of Sawan in a format that retains the emotion and devotion associated with Mahadev while making it accessible and engaging for younger audiences.
