Radhika Das Opens India Tour In New Delhi With Record-Breaking 15,000 Fans At The Capital’s Biggest Spiritual Concert

The devotional music genre achieved a historic milestone last night as internationally acclaimed kirtan artist Radhika Das unveiled his most ambitious India undertaking yet,the Silence In Sound India Tour, before an electrifying, sold-out crowd of over 15,000 fans in New Delhi, marking the capital’s largest spiritual concert to date.

The landmark gathering reflected the burgeoning rise of spiritual live events and bhajan clubbing across the country, as modern seekers embrace the revival of traditional practices for inner engineering, both as a cultural reconnection and a contemporary lifestyle movement.

Produced by EVA Live, the official tour kick-off at the Yashoobhumi venue set an impressive precedent as Radhika Das embarks on a nine-city spiritual odyssey across India all of this month. The two-hour immersive gathering blended devotional mantra singing, guided meditation, reflective storytelling, set against a fusion of traditional and modern instruments including harmonium, mridanga, saxophone and bass guitar.

Radhika Das states, “New Delhi embraced us with an energy I will never forget. To see 15,000 voices chanting together, some for the very first time, was deeply moving. This tour is about rediscovering stillness, connection and joy through sound, and last night proved how ready India is for this new wave of spiritual expression. I can’t wait to meet the communities in the upcoming cities and continue this journey of collective healing.”

Deepak Chaudhary, Founder, EVA Live, states, “This is more than a concert,it is a cultural shift. The overwhelming response in New Delhi signals a renewed spiritual appetite among young India. We anticipated something special, but the scale of participation surpassed every expectation. The remainder of the tour is poised to unite thousands more through a modern, accessible form of devotional music. This is the beginning of a new era for spiritual live experiences in India. Special thanks to Hon’ble Chief Minister Of Delhi Smt.  Rekha Gupta and Hon’ble Tourism Minister Shri Kapil Mishra for their support towards this event.”

A globally recognized UK-based kirtan musician and bhakti yoga teacher, Radhika Das has spent over two decades weaving Sanskrit mantras into transformative meditative experiences. With over 50 million streams and major appearances across Europe, America and Australia, he has inspired audiences at global festivals such as Bhakti Fest, Wanderlust, Medicine Festival, SOUK, World Yoga Festival and Soul Circus, and performed at iconic venues including The British Museum, Union Chapel, Carreau du Temple, Theatre im Delphi and more.
