Carl Cox To Headline Sunburn Arena Tour In India In January 2026

Sunburn is set to kick off 2026 with one of electronic music’s most influential figures, as global techno icon Carl Cox returns to India for a two-city arena tour. The Tuborg Sunburn Arena ft. Carl Cox India Tour will take place on January 16 in Delhi-NCR and January 17 in Mumbai.

Cox, widely regarded as one of the most defining forces in modern electronic culture, brings with him more than three decades of innovation that helped shape acid house, techno and the global club movement. From witnessing the birth of acid house in 1980s London to releasing landmark projects like F.A.C.T. (1995), Two Paintings and a Drum (1996) and The Second Sign (2005), Cox has remained a driving force in dance music. His label, Intec Records,relaunched as Intec Digital in 2010,has been home to some of techno’s most important releases.

His 15-year residency at Space Ibiza remains the most successful club residency in the island’s history, culminating in a sold-out 15-week final season. Even after three decades at the top, Cox continues to command global stages, from Tomorrowland and Coachella to iconic locations like Stonehenge, the Pyramids of Giza, Love Parade and Central Park. In 2024, he received DJ Mag’s first-ever Outstanding Contribution Award after maintaining a presence in their Top 100 for 30 years.
